An angel announced both of their births…
From the womb, they were both separated to God…
Both were Nazarite’s…
The Holy Spirit gave them their power…
Rejected! They were both rejected by their own people…
Samson destroyed Israel’s enemies, Jesus Will destroy His enemies…
In contrast-
Samson lived a life of sin, Jesus a sinless life…
Samson prayed, “O God, that I may at once avenged of the Philistines for my eyes.”
Jesus prayed, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.”
Samson died with outstretched arms in wrath…
In death, Jesus had His arms stretched wide in love…
Samson died…
Jesus Christ LIVES!!!
