Verse 2. “If any man” means “ whosoever will may come.”
Verse 3. “He shall offer it of his own voluntary will.” This is, FREE WILL! “If any man thirst, let him come…” An invitation from Jesus Christ that is for everyone in the human family. Nobody is left out. The only condition is , you have to be thirsty. Read Isa. 55:1. Anyone can come to Christ if he or she chooses to come.
