Day 20…Lahaina Fire…

This is our teammate, Kent, he gave us a great devotion to get our day started…

I have only one photo today, as usual, everyone can take pictures, videos and even fly drones, but not us.

I only complain on almost every post because I love to take photos and display them on this site.

All of our recovery work will cease tomorrow. We have a sort of a job that does not include wearing tyvex and masks. That is a good thing, because we spent the better part of the day working in them.

It is strange to think that our three weeks are over and tomorrow is our last job in Lahaina. We have met and served many property owners, and have performed our job like no other Fire we have worked before.

”And He said to them, “Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.“
‭‭Mark‬ ‭6‬:‭31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Jesus told His disciples to rest a while. My prayer is that my NCDR team, David, Mike, Jim and Joel are resting for a while. My prayer will be for Mark, Kent, Janice will rest a while.

Rest a while. This can only be accomplished if you have put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. If you’re reading this by chance and have not placed your faith in His hands, Do it today, don’t wait!

Rest a while…

We live and travel full time in our fifth wheel or cargo trailer. We work for the Lord Jesus Christ in Disaster Relief Ministry. When not doing any of the above we try to have as much fun as we can. Possible items you might find here, in no particular order, dirt bikes, quads, hiking, camping, desert living, building projects, stained glass projects, our family, Bible study, RVing stuff, nutrition comments, and just about anything else we can think of....

  1. Because of the love of God, can we rest, “To be still and know I am God” Psalm 46:10
Praise God for the willing servants who said yes, thanks to Mark, Kent, Janice as they work along side with Dave and Norma
