In Dumas Texas we were getting fuel when I saw this sign. I like signs. I thought a lot about this one. The best of American food, and the best of Mexican food…I really did not know that they went together…I thought this sign, also from Dumas Texas was funny, I just can’t remember why…Maybe it was the sticky rice…We stopped in Silverton Texas for the night, so I asked the RV guy, nice fella, if they had a Baptist church in town. He said yes, but could not tell me exactly where it was, so I said, no worries, I’ll look it up on the internet. The church has no website, but I found the number, so I call to find out the times of service. Nope, not on the message. After dinner we walk to the church to see the times on the door, or sign. You guessed it, no sign. Norm walked all the way around the church and, zip. So we will go up at 0900 and hope for the best…
We live and travel full time in our fifth wheel or cargo trailer. We work for the Lord Jesus Christ in Disaster Relief Ministry. When not doing any of the above we try to have as much fun as we can. Possible items you might find here, in no particular order, dirt bikes, quads, hiking, camping, desert living, building projects, stained glass projects, our family, Bible study, RVing stuff, nutrition comments, and just about anything else we can think of....
